Camp Clever is a cozy destination for playful surface patterns with personality. I design art that lives well in real homes, and function for real lives. My work draws inspiration from nature, seasons, nostalgia, and the everyday stories that make a house feel like home. With a balance of charm and intention, you’ll find my patterns on fabric, wallpaper, home decor, and thoughtfully made print-on-demand goods.

I’ve been building creative businesses since 2010, blending a background in graphic design, fine art, and hands-on making into an ever-evolving body of work. Today, Camp Clever is where all of those paths meet; an eclectic but cohesive portfolio rooted in usability, storytelling, and meaningful design you can actually live with.

I’m Lauren; founder, designer, and resident Chief Everything Officer (though Head Counselor fits that “camp” theme well!) I love creating work that invites play, sparks creativity, and makes everyday spaces feel a little more special. When I’m not designing, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and kids, living our best lives in suburban St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
